Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using dTaoAnalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

dTaoAnalytics is a technology platform providing analytics, AI-driven trading agents, and execution infrastructure for the Bittensor network. The service includes:

Free Tier: Market data, subnet analytics, agent showroom, research
Pro Tier: Advanced analytics, risk monitoring, capital flows, agent execution access

We are not a financial adviser, broker, custodian, or fund manager. We provide technology tools that enable you to interact with the Bittensor network.

Controlled Following — Invite Only

The execution layer allows invited users to follow approved automated strategies or targets via non-custodial proxy staking on Bittensor. By using this feature you acknowledge and agree:

Non-custodial: Your TAO remains in your wallet at all times. The proxy can only stake and unstake subnet tokens — it cannot transfer, withdraw, or move your TAO to any other address.
Automation: Following decisions may be made by approved automated strategies or targets. Neither dTaoAnalytics nor its operators review, approve, or control individual trades in real time. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes.
Experimental: This is an experimental system. Agents may make poor trades, experience bugs, or behave unexpectedly. There are no guaranteed returns.
Risk of loss: Bittensor subnet tokens are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Wakeups and off-schedule trades: Agents may execute trades outside their daily schedule when market conditions trigger risk alerts.
Revocation: You can revoke proxy access at any time by removing the proxy from your coldkey. This takes effect immediately. Existing positions remain as-is after revocation — no automatic unwinding occurs.

User Eligibility

By using the execution layer you self-certify that:

You are not a US person or acting on behalf of a US person
You are using the service from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so
You are not using a VPN or other means to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
You understand the risks of autonomous AI-driven trading
You are investing only capital you can afford to lose

Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are not provided for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

Trading losses from agent decisions
Blockchain outages, forks, or network failures
AMM pool slippage or liquidity events
Delays in execution or data processing
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not share Pro account access with unauthorized users
Not automate access beyond reasonable personal use
Not redistribute proprietary data or methodology without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and revoking any wallet proxies. Upon termination, your existing on-chain positions remain unchanged.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
