Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using dTaoAnalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

dTaoAnalytics is a technology platform providing analytics, legacy data-collector research, and, where explicitly enabled, private research tooling that may touch Bittensor proxy-trading mechanics for the operator and explicitly permitted accounts — not as a public retail offering. The service includes:

Free Tier: Market data, subnet analytics, research
Pro Tier: Advanced analytics, risk monitoring, capital flows, and data-collector archives
Invite Access: Deeper analytics and, when enabled, gated tooling that may involve proxy-related chain research — private-use and explicitly permitted accounts only; not brokerage or execution services to the public

We are not a financial adviser, broker, custodian, or fund manager. We provide technology tools that enable you to interact with the Bittensor network.

Private proxy-trading research — gated access

Certain features exist to support the operator's private research into Bittensor proxy-trading mechanics. They are password- and account-gated, not a public product, and not an offer of brokerage, custody, or execution to retail users. Where such tooling is available to you, it may surface automated outputs or optional on-chain permissions that you alone initiate from your own wallet. By using any such feature you acknowledge and agree:

Your responsibility: You remain responsible for keys, permissions, and outcomes. We do not custody assets and do not direct individual actions in real time.
Automation: Automated or model-driven outputs may be wrong, poorly timed, or loss-making. There is no human review or approval of each outcome before it affects you.
Experimental: Pilot features may change, pause, or discontinue without notice. There are no guaranteed returns.
Risk of loss: Digital assets are highly volatile. You may lose some or all capital you choose to expose.
Off-schedule activity: Risk tooling on the network may trigger activity outside a published schedule when conditions warrant it.
Permissions: You may adjust or remove on-chain permissions using your wallet. Removing permission does not automatically unwind existing positions.

User Eligibility

By using pilot or execution features, when offered, you self-certify that:

You are not a US person or acting on behalf of a US person
You are using the service from a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so
You are not using a VPN or other means to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
You understand the risks of private research tooling that may touch on-chain permissions
You are investing only capital you can afford to lose

Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are not provided for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

Trading losses from agent decisions
Blockchain outages, forks, or network failures
AMM pool slippage or liquidity events
Delays in execution or data processing
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not share Pro account access with unauthorized users
Not automate access beyond reasonable personal use
Not redistribute proprietary data or methodology without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and revoking any wallet proxies. Upon termination, your existing on-chain positions remain unchanged.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
